Manzana asada de espectáculo: económico , rápido y sano (reduciendo el azúcar)

Ingredientes:
4 manzanas firmes (yo usé amarillas )
4 cucharadas de azúcar (yo usé Azúcar mascabo)
1 cucharadita de canela molida
25 gramos de manteca o mantequilla
Agua o almíbar líquido media taza

Modo de Preparación: 


1- lavar las manzanas
2- hacer unos tajitos en zigzag a los costados (este es un tip para que la manzana no te explote en el horno)
3- ahuecar la Manzana
4- espolvorear con la mezcla de azúcar y canela
5- colocar un cuadradito de manteca o mantequilla en cada hueco de la manzana
6- espolvorear con el resto del azúcar
7- verter el agua o almíbar en el fondo de la fuente o recipiente que llevaremos al horno.
8- Hornear a 180 grados unos 20 minutos aproximadamente
Y a disfrutarla como más te guste, solas, con frutos secos o con helado.
