Ingredientes:

150 gramos de brócoli cocido

1  zanahoria (mediana a grande) cortadas en cubitos cocidas

1 papa mediana cortadas en cubitos cocidas

1 zapallito cortado en cubitos cocido

3 huevos medianos

1 puñadito de cebolla de verdeo picado fino

Queso rallado 30 gramos

Sal y pimienta a gusto

Modo de Preparación:

Sofreír la cebollita de verdeo unos minutos en un sartén con una cucharadita de aceite de oliva

En un bol batir los huevos , añadir la sal y pimienta y el queso rallado. Incorporar las verduras cocidas y  la cebolla de verdeo, mezclar un poco. Si es necesario  rectificar la sal, también si se desea le puedes agregar una cucharada de algún queso tipo crema bajo en grasas a  esta mezcla.

Verter la preparación obtenida en una budinera ligeramente aceitada o en el molde que tengas.

Hornear por unos 25 a 30 minutos a 180 grados.

Pinchar con un palito , si sale seco ya lo podés sacar del horno. Desmoldar y servir como guarnición o también como plato principal.
