Ingredientes para esta Tarta de zapallitos, cebolla y jamón

Ingredientes:
Masa:
Harina 300 gramos integral
Agua 160 ml
Grasa 50 gramos
Sal a gusto

Relleno:

3 zapallitos medianos
1 cebolla
4 fetas de jamón cocido
2 huevos batidos
2 cucharadas de queso de rallar
100 gramos de queso mozzarella o alguno que se derrita (Opcional)
Sal y pimienta a gusto.

Modo de preparación:
Masa:

En un bol colocar la harina integral, hacer un hueco e incorporar el agua, la sal y la grasa. Unir estos ingredientes hasta obtener un bollo tierno. Amasar unos minutos y guardar en la heladera una media hora.
El relleno:
En un sartén con una cucharada de aceite colocar la cebolla cortada en tiras, sofreír unos minutos e incorporar los zapallitos previamente cortados.
Cocinar hasta que los zapallitos estén tiernos.
Estirar la masa y disponerla en un molde para horno.
Batir los huevos, añadir sal y pimienta, el queso rallado y el jamón picado, a continuación incorporar esta mezcla a los zapallitos. Verter la preparación sobre la masa estirada. Agregar el queso mozarella y llevar a horno 200 grados por unos 20 minutos aproximadamente
