Ingredientes:

Harina común 300 gramos

Agua 175 ml

levadura fresca 15 gramos

Manteca  a temperatura ambiente 50 gramos

Sal a gusto (pero recomiendo muy poca ya que el salame aportará bastante sal al pan)

Salame 50 gramos (Bien picado)

Modo de Preparación:

En un bol colocamos la harina, el agua y la levadura, mezclamos para incorporar bien todos los ingredientes agregamos la sal y pasamos la masa a la mesada. Amasamos durante unos minutos hasta que nos quede una masa lisa y homogenea, agregamos la manteca, continuamos amasando hasta integrarla completamente, agregamos el salame ya picado bien fino y volvemos a amasar hasta que quede el salame por toda la masa.

Dejamos descansar la masa media hora (Como siempre en un bol tapado con film)

Pasado ese tiempo, dividimos la masa en porciones individuales (yo los hice de 60 gramos)  bollar bien cada porción de masa y colocar en la placa de horno previamente enmantecada o forrada con papel de horno. Dejar levar.

Hornear a 180 grados unos 15 a 20 minutos.

Antes de finalizar la cocción podés pincelar la superficie de los mismos con manteca derretida.
