1- Arrancamos adobando la bondiola con un mix de especias:
Pimenton
Azucar negra
Condimento para pizza
Sal gruesa
2- En una fuente de horno profunda agregamos las frutas y verduras cortadas a grosso modo:
Ciruelas
Cebolla
Batata
3- Por último agregamos 1 litro de cerveza Cream Stout Imperial y cocinamos en el horno a gas de Tromen.
Bien tapada con aluminio por 3 horas a 180°.
El resultado final se corta con cuchara!
